Country Market lies nestled among rolling hills and
sunswept pastures in Grantsville, Maryland. Brimming with
hospitality and charm, Yoder's Country Market specializes in
unique, home-style products. Items that just can't be found
everywhere--natural, pure foods, smoked and canned meats and
locally-made goods. What makes this Country Market so
different? Maybe it's the delicious aroma of our homemade
breads... and cookies... and pies... and sweet rolls baked fresh
daily right on our premises. (Some say they can almost smell
them right now, after visiting our Market). Or maybe it's the
wide variety of jams and jellies made for Yoder's in a Mennonite
kitchen right here in Garrett County. It might be the handmade
Amish noodles or our applebutter made the old fashion way just

old Order Amish are recognized by their strict adherence to the use
of horses on the farm and as a source of transportation, their
refusal to allow electricity or telephones in their homes, and
their more traditional standard of dress, including the use of
hooks-and-eyes fasteners on some articles of clothing.
